These photographs and specifications are from a three bedroom residential system. This lot is extremely small, and is situated on Woodhaven Lake in New Kent County. The subdivision was approved prior to the changes in the sewage regulations in 1982, and again in 2000. Due to the small size of the parcel, and the proximity to recreational waters, we used an AdvanTex Treatment System, with a reduced footprint dispersal area. There are three individual shallow placed disposal beds (14" installation depth), that are dosed by gravity from an eight port distribution box.
