These photographs and specifications are from a two bedroom residential system, previously approved for another alternative septic system, and converted to an AdvanTex Treatment System. This property is located approximately 250 feet from a tidal river, and though the soil property is predominately sand, the water table at the drainfield and septic tank location fluctuates with the tides.

The contractor was sorely pressed for installation time, as he had to install the septic tank during mean low tide. As the picutres indicate, the contractor hit free water around 48 inches. Installation depth of the septic tank was close to 84".
